In other words, they plan to purchase and make a retrofitting of the aircraft, Cirrus SR22 G3, 2012, for further operation as a local charter flight airplane. “Rubin Automobile” has decided to purchase and make a retrofitting of the aircraft, Cirrus SR22 G3, 2012, for further operation as a local charter flight private jet for VIP clients. The cost of the aircraft is 410.000 EUR. The delivery of the aircraft will cost 7000 EUR. Initially, the aircraft was not intended to serve VIP level customers. As a result of this, the company will make some refurbishments, and along with the cost of the maintenance and additional operations of retrofitting is 23.000 EUR.


The total cost is 440.000 EUR.

At the moment, “Rubin Automobile” is ready to finance 132.000 EUR, to guarantee an uninterrupted and successful operation. To cover all the expenses needed for the realization of the project, the company decided to ask for additional financing.

The costs of maintenance and possible additional expenses are calculated based on the amount of 22.255 EUR (per month), the amount of expenditures for the period of 18 months is 400.590 EUR.

Additional expenses:  Under the additional costs, the company management understands the costs of insurance, which is 4% of the cost of the aircraft, fuel costs, parking at the airport, technical maintenance, salaries for pilots (for flights, for performing administrative functions and duties), salaries to other administrative employees, and mortgages a certain amount of money (2.000 EUR), in case of force majeure expenses. The total amount of the additional costs is 76.230 EUR.

Taking into consideration all the possible expenses, the total amount of income is 310.410 EUR.
